2/13/09

Training for the 2009 is underway on Tuesday and Thursday nights at the Kennett Middle School gym in Conway from 7:30 - 9:30 PM.  The focus of our winter training is to get a lot of really fat out of shape men into some semblance of physical fitness.  To date training has been well attended with 8-10 players and two 11 year old gilrs who take great pride in running circles around the heavy weights in the club.  Next training sesson will by 2/17 and 2/19 at the Middle School.
